徐祖辉(1990.6-)，男，江苏兴化人，上海财经大学管理学博士，香港理工大学联合培养博士，现任云顶集团4008讲师，主要研究领域是创业管理、战略管理和组织行为。先后主持中国高等教育学会专项课题一般项目和江苏省高校哲学社会科学一般项目等多项课题。已在Journal of Management Studies (FT50 | SSCI, Q1, IF=9.72 | ABS 4星)，Small Business Economics (SSCI, Q1, IF=7.096 | ABS 3星| 2篇)和Management Decision (SSCI, Q2, IF=5.589 | ABS 2星| 2篇)等期刊上公开发表学术论文近10篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者7篇。先后在Academy of Management和International Association for Chinese Management Research等国际学术会议年会分别做了论文汇报。曾获2013年省级优秀应届毕业生和2020年江苏省普通高校本科优秀毕业论文指导教师奖。目前担任Family Business Review，Small Business Economics和Technovation等期刊匿名审稿人。
